Petzl i'd with lowering line all ready for use straight out of the big

This weeks office time has been spent hanging around in a high ropes park as a trainer with the sole responsibility of maintaining high safety standards. If I were to be called upon to help a client who was unable to get themselves back onto the apparatus (or if they had over stretched himself and could not make it back to the finish point), then I would have to deploy the Petzl i’d. With a 3 to 1 pulley/hoist above and multiple functions on the device itself, it is a perfect all-in-one bit of kit for safely lowering a client in difficult situations. The down side of the i’d? They are bulky, don’t like grit, need to be used after some appropriate training and the cost! But hey, someone else bought this one !
