The creek in question is actually the River Esk. The paddlers were from all around the country and working for Rolls-Royce. The paddles and canoes? Well they are from Outward Bound Eskdale, with whom I have been training teams in leadership and personal accountability for the last couple of weeks. A lot of experiences and reflection time that allows the indiviuals space and support to transfer any learning back into their workplace and social lives.
